What is your ideal job position?

one where i can use my expertise and skills

one where i dont have tight boundaries if i want to change things for better

one where training and developement is given its due respect

one where human touch, welfare of emplouyees is given importance too

one where customer service, internal as well as external, is driven as a value and not as a choice

one where a customer and the ground staff / field staff is seen as the most important people and not the couple of guys on the top of the pyramid

one where creativity and ideas are encouraged and shared and rewarded

To be a manager in a company or a director to be able to make the successful changes that I have gained through out my life experience.  The company will benefit from that for sure if they employ me.

Any position in mid or high level in NGO or INGO working in Humanitarian field .

My Ideal Job position is more into Supply Chain like Purchasing prepares tenders, Bid Evaluation, Unpriced/Priced Criteria, coordination between endusers & vendors. For the past 14 years of my experience in the field of Oil & Gas, Construction, Automotive, Banking & Sales where in my job role contribute a significant changes in our company.
