Three phase unbalanced loads?

I have3 Phase supply and Different KVA MCCB's and Few loads are3 phase and most of the loads are2 Phase with different KVA . After connect all by arranging loads . some time Showing unbalanced Current and NE voltage high. How to solve this ?
