Team definately. People carry alot of issues with them, but if you can get past that with a little motivation, you will see the benefits of team work. Team work removes a lot of individual stress in the work place, bring new ideas to the table and get in a way motivates you to better yourself as well. We all strive to be successfull, and team work grants you that oppertunity.

If we talk about organizatio's objective, we must work as a team to meet the concept of SYNERGY and othetherwise there is no success.

But if talk as self development and learning, then I perefr do work indivdually through self-learning.
