How would you describe a great teacher?

College teaching is knowledge in ideal world by simplifying complex natural phenomena.

But, in industry it is required to teach what is different from ideal world and real world.

 

To know how to deal with all the students as one person to treat them well , controling the class and make it more fun for the students , give them the information in way to fit thier minds . the great teacher does not give the students level uper than thier level . 

A great teacher transfer all his/her knowledge with honesty

A great teacher should have the skills to understand his/her students.

According to his or her performance.

Simple - this is me :-) But seriously, this is a professional with a great kmowledge, sense of good, sense of humor, decency and great patience 

Teaching career is one of a noble jobs. To be a great one is simply to influence the learner to keep motivated with being able to learn with whatever the topic it is. Thus, a great teacher is not just to teach whatever he/she wants to impart with. It is to help the learners give importance to learn and be able to adopt it in real life situations :)
