Do you think Team Building activities are necessary to build good relationships among members?

Thank you for your invite. My answer is also Yes but with limitations. During my long experience I have also found lazy members sometimes are able to influence efficient members. Such activities should be occasional and competitive. Like doing foot ball match etc etc. It's my personal opinion and requires strong leadership to organise activities for the entertainment and refreshing team but not give opportunities to make unions who can influence against company policies. My concern has been always for the team and I ensure I am available when they need me the most. Hope my suggestion is useful for you. Good luck.

Team building activities are necessary for members to give their best in work but not good relationships. in work conditions if you are making relationships you cannot give your best work.
