The best way to increase focus and creativity is by encouraging employees to submit their ideas and give them authority to make decisions and make changes.

Thank you for the question, for the best way to increase focus is to pray first and read Quran every day (For Muslim) and others should their own religious forms. In this case it will be a meditation for the person and be calm to focus on the object that it required to and the creativity boosting is the capabilities range for the human perspective is bound less. Everyone is very creative on their own. Because Allah tala make the human to survive in the earth in various environment and they adopted managed by their own creativity. To open new ideas required a new challenge and proper guidance.
