You need to be fully  prepared for the next phase of the construction several days before the actual construction time step.

You must organise your team and know each person's skills before they obtain important responsibilities.

During the planning phase, try to create solutions for the problems you can predict to face during the construction. Work together with the designing team to choose the best solution at early stages.

You need to be confident to what you say but never say something you are not% sure about it. If you are not sure, look for it and answer later.
