What is the best investment idea: real estate investing or investing in the stock market? Why?

Investing in the stock market by buying shares of a realestate reputable developer in Egypt. Since the currency devaluation in Egypt there was an increase in realestate prices by almost 40% in spite of currency devaluation of more than 100%. This leaves a room for realestate prices to increase up to 60% during 2018/19 which will definitely impact the developers stocks values positively

Of course in real estate.... because stock market depends on 70% luck......but in real estate you are investing in real market.

For me, investing in a real estate is the best investment idea because in real estate profit is stable if not increasing but when it comes to stock market, yes I know chances of high profit is there but also is the chances of descending profit.

It depends on manuy factors. 

- Your liquidity preferences.

- The risk adjusted rate of return for booth investments. 

- The current status and expected future of real estate market. 

- Your portfolio components and its divrsifcation status. 

I always recommend to invest in real estate as the priority since this investment has very low risk factor for being devalued and very stable for decades; on the other hand stock market are always fluctuating and one must have good knowledge and intense follow-up to get updates about the stock market value which needs time, cost on top of investment.

At present Real estate because the risk is less. but if you have taro Knowledge of Mutal fund and stock market information then you can make money out of it, and compare to real estate it needs less investments and give you quick benefits

Commercial real estate investment is better in terms of low risk, sustainability and increasing market value.
