In my own personal opinion it will be hard for any fresher to land a job due to inexperience. I think most companies will rather employ people who would immediately could adapt into their stractures and working conditions. It would also be more cost effective than hire a fresher who would most likely be trained etc. My point of view it's good to bring in new energy into any company or workspace but having business prosperity in mind could harm freshers changes of getting the job
