Common cultural conflicts are obvious where multicultural manpower exists and can be due to communication, gesture, religious , respect or tradition. This can be mitigated with the use of common language to communicate, not making unwanted gestures for others views, respecting others religion, being respectful to iindividuals, sharing and understanding traditions with respect.
NOt to de motivate the staff infront of the employee... And to motivate the staff every month or atleast every quarter thier should be some award for the best employees selection...
First of all, Leadership conflict because an important number of works doesn't take criticism for there selves.
Secondly, Work style conflict espacilly between someone with experience and someone who just recruited.
Finally, Cultural conflict.
to solve all this conflicts we need to calm down and see things with less emotion and more logic and also we need to understand each other and some reorganization. And finally every worker must keep their personal beliefs to themselves.

Arranging Communication between two parties will also reduce that Gap. Actually there is no gap between two cultures its only mindset that happens before communication
