IFC: IFC (issued for construction) or RFC (released for construction) drawings aid construction activities at site. It is released by engineering wing of a contractor.
As-built: As the name suggests, these drawings reflect changes made during construction activities to match actually built plant into the IFC/RFC drawings. These drawings are kept for record purpose by owner. These drawings will be useful for owner in case owner wants to perform modification in their existing plant at a later date.
IFC: final approved drawings (issued for construction).
As built drawings: upon completion of the any work, they make as built drawings that reflect any change and show the exact geometry for the constructed items after using ifc drawings.
IFC Drawings are Issued For Construction Drawings. Those are the approved drawing that is released to Site after getting approval from the Cliet/Management. Those are the raw drawings created by the drafter on estimation
Meanwhile Asbuilt are the final drawing released after the consturction. These drawings are handed over to the client for the Maintenace Purposes. Changes in the IFC drawings are marked and is then coorected in the In Built Drawing

IFC (Issued for conctructions) is the drawing issued from consultant to contractor before start of conctruction.
As-Built drawing are prepared after completion of work (As per actual work condition)

AS BUILT : IS DRAWING THAT SUBMITTED BY A CONTRACTOR
Once the detailed design drawings are approved, the same will be issued for construction purpose and these are called IFC drawings (‘Issued for Construction’ Drawings). IFC drawings are the mandatory drawings to execute any construction activity. Sometimes, they are called ‘Approved for Construction’ Drawings or ‘Released for Construction’ drawings).
Any changes during construction will be marked on the drawings, which are called redline marked-up drawings. Upon completion of construction activity, these changes will be updated on drawings. And those drawings are called As-built drawings. Often, as-built surveys are carried out to create/update As-built drawings.
IFC: ISSUED FOR CONSTRUCTION ONLY
IFC means drawings are issued for Construction.
As-built drawings: Drawings prepared after construction at site incorporating the changes if any at the time of construction.
