Who is responsible for the internal control ?

All workers in the company (managers and employees. The managers are responsible for defining, promoting and monitoring the system and the activity of the company. Employees must have the knowledge and information necessary to establish, operate and monitor the internal control system in relation to the objectives assigned to them.

Internal control is total responsibility of floor manager or middle level management.
