Customer needs to certify that the project work has met all stated and implied needs- scope, deliverables, functional tests, performance tests, documentation!
A, B and C are essential for the project to be considered complete. D is the least essential.

We need customer acceptence to verify desired target have been met client expectations and we need to update the company organizational assets beside this documenting the each phase was closed properly after it's completion.
C:
Before you can close your project, there are a few things you need to do. Remember the acceptance criteria in the scope statement? Well, those criteria need to be met. And you need to get formal written acceptance from the customer. And every work item in the WBS needs to be completed. Until the customer accepts the final product, your project isn't done!
