How to evaluate residual risks?

we can manage the residual risks by:

1- avoide this risks by isolating from surround and/or find a suitable alternative

2- reduce the level of risk by consider it under work permit tasks, which is need new risk prediction befor issuing the work permit.

3- accept it, in case the local regulation accept that kind of residual risks

4-transfer it to another location to reduce the level of accessability to residual risks.
