Social Media Marketing is an advanced strategy one can use to promote the service or a product not only locally but also internationally to increase the profit as well as to advance your market range. Though not all are engaged in Social Media, not to worry as the other marketing strategies are still present. Example of which is advertising your product verbally as a vis-a-vis (meaning face to face talk with your customer) , Newsletters, Printed Flyers, Product Sample, etc. There are many marketing strategy and it would always be your call if you will be using it wisely. Therefore, though your customer is not using social media, you can still use the other options provided by me above while continuously using it on other customers.

yes i would because social media activity impacts your organic search presence , you will have more control over your online image , user generated content is more criticle than ever , you will gain industiry clout , other companies customers are on social media , and it will help your overall reach , it will cost less to gain customers on social media and it will show your effectiveness of your other markting efforts .

I believe you should study your customers very well and use all your energy to invest your time, efforts, and resources only in the best marketing strategy and method your customers using, you can discover this by doing testing to all marketing methods like ( print media ex: news papers and magazines , social media , blogging, influencers, links building ...etc ) yet there is no harm in continuing building your social media presence when you have free time, in this wat you can pick customers you never thought about... it's about creating new needs after all
