Why it is difficult to find a work nowadays ? And how can we get an experience in a specific field if we are not accepted in this or that company ?!

what i feel that what ever experience you gain on specific field without a certificate and study

there is no value of it .

Because nower day many people they graduate at the same field and the demand is high on that field than supply.

In order to get experience we are supposed to do a trainee on the specific area where we want to be hired as a volunteer.
