How site strength bof concrete differs from.lab strength . Which one is greater. Are there specific terms for both?

concrete lab (cubes) has better compaction and curing than concrete at site so it has better strength. The cubes strength represent 100% of characteristic concrete strength and actual concrete at sight should be more than 75% of characteristic concrete strength (core test) according Egyptian Code.
