Changing jobs is a very traumatic event even for the most seasoned of workers. The last time I did make a change from the job I was satisfied but it was stressful. There are many things to consider. Here are some I’ve tossed around with when I considered or did change jobs. (Here are a few in no particular order.)
1.Is the new job really something I want?
2.Is my current position are the any growth opportunities for growth, status, responsibilities, money?
3.Will the new position provide me with new challenges and not the same ones I have now?
4.Is the growth potential in the new company?
5.Is the new company’s work culture a “fit” me?
6.Is it more convenient to commute to and from home?
7.Is the pay increase significant enough? (To go through the learning curve of the political dynamics of the new company, identifying who the key players are, even those in other departments but are influential in the organization? In short, is they pay increase worth this underlining grief?)
For me most of the time the answer to change jobs has been yes. My analysis has been to look at the work, is it going to be interesting and challenging, second, is there growth potential, and third, knowing the boss’ goals, can I stay in alignment with them. Last but not the least, I look for a mentor. All the other stuff is just that, stuff. It sometimes may clog your path but it’s, not permanent. Stay focused on your responsibilities and the rest will eventually flush itself out.

It would be dangerous to consider another offer as you would have no idea of how your relationships with colleagues at the new company would be or if you shared similar work ethics. You love the job you are in but could very easily hate the new job and have thrown it all away for nothing.
I have made this mistake before, believing that more money was enough. When the new job doesn't work out the old one may no longer be available to you.

if there offer is for another job, then i would not even look at it.
But if it is a business offer to establish my company then it worth thinking about.
25% increase in income at least and confidence level that this job is fit for me 100%, any less is not worth leaving something you like just for the sake of change.
