two major points :
1- proffisionalism of every employee in every job of all levels...
2- Honesty as culture of every employee
3- Team spirit between all employees ....which is the responsibility of lead position to create such culture and enviroments between employees
in this way all problems arise during project execution will be solved without delaying project or target acheivement.

The simple rule in my vision is: Work and stop facebook and playing games while working :(
understand the company 's style of Dealing and mix his selling style to acheive the target . Focus the smart client , ofer some special insentive , deal with hard working to acheived the target or goals . its not easy But not hard to acheive .
