people should be judged by their caliber rather than by race or region. many advertisement says that you should be from this particular place or region. it means what?. diversity is more important . i have read in ecology, that the diverse ecosystem is always healthier. a certain language or a race will not make a big impact. look at japanese, without much english, they showed that they are really good in many things. look at chinese and learn from them. look at the americans, they have people from all the world.if you are good at some thing, it doesnt matter , they pick you. opertunities should not be limited to few people.
