I, want to say that "honesty is the best policy" and always speak the truth.but sometimes in business it is beneficial for us or for our career?

One has to respect and preserve their dignity at every moment of his life. Integrity and honesty are certainly good qualities in people's lives. Contributing to success and a better life in the community. Dishonesty and lies are short-lived, sometimes have to be discovered and eventually blows up in your head.

 honesty  and speak the truth is  very beneficial in allover our life ; but You must know: who we will tell the truth... and when we tell them.

Honesty, integrity and tact is the most important behavior in any person. We should always mind our selection of words and whom we are speaking to.

Truth always prevails but it should be told to the right person and the right time.  If you dont agree with somebody it is better to be silent than creating a controversy, wait for your turn.

Being honest & speaking truth is always beneficial, you may face some problems initially, but eventually you will get the reward for the same.

But unfortunately, most of the time in the business, this word is not matching with our environment....

I deplore that.

Yes.Telling the truth is is great.But in business.A person needs to manipulated some of the facts and words to reach the goal.In my opinion this world is full of lying.We are not in a utopia

"Speak to earn profit" - This should be the policy of a business man or a marketer. Choose what to speak based on what can other people belive. A business man should speak to build trust between two parties. So, most of the time being truthful is the best way. But sometime we need to modify our words to get better result. 

It is neccessary that a business person should try not to lie, because loosing trust is very easy but gaining it back is very difficult.
