i will suggest you to leave for sometimes in France especially in a french family home. the environment will help you to get the accent et your ears will be used to the french sound. many people learn french from some institution but cannot get the exact french accent, get involved in a daily french life will help you to talk ten you can enroll in a school or institute to develop you grammar and vocabulary. Just keep in mind that French is a difficult language as it was a dialect of Paris which has been powered to a national language using Latin alphabet while french has more that 5 sounds ( a.e.i.o.u) that's why we have sound that has been alphabetically composed with two or more vowels( ou,au,en, on,eau,in,ain.), and also some words are etymologically latin some from arabic some from greck etc....
Learning a language is based on your personal efforts.
The best way is to live in the community of language, but nowaday it is not easy to do that, the easiest way is attending courses and contribute in local french events and communities
music and movies some time help. select good songs and good movies in that language. you wont feel that you are learning, aside their is fun watching the tv channels. i learnt hindi that way
the best way to learn a new language is by practicing in the society who does speak the language after of course to learn the basic of the language ,and always keep read listen and speak
