Based on recent statistics, administrative and financial professions are currently highly demanded in Jordan. what could be the reason behind that?

The lack of harmonization between the nature of university specialties and market requirements, without paying attention to improving the quality of education, so we should encourag students to go to vocational training institutions.

would love to wait for the response from fellows from Jordan to understand this.

Thank you for the question. I dont have much knowledge of Jordan, but I assume that with more economic activites there will be surge in demand for adminstrative and financial positions. 

In my opinion the main reason for that is the necessity for administration and finance to any project which have a good plan to success 

It could be due to ;

1. Growth in the industry.
2. Lack of their national trainings towards specific fields.
3. Less academic growth in the field or less advance academic exposure.
