actally i m not sure if i got the meaning of metrics . but for me i focus on several indicatores while selecting candidates like:
1-related study
2-well knoledge
3-related expierince in same field
4-proficincy in ms office
5-very good at english language
6-the continous pieriod at one place and any promotins at that place
those are some basic requierments that dosent change from my list as an hr
