Is it the right time to upgrade to windows8.1? What is the possibility of glitches like drivers and .dll files missing? Is it better to wait and watch ?

I think going for8.1 now is not advisable. If anyone faces error messages like .dll files missing or driver errors (as many drivers may not be available) it is advisable to go back to windosws8 OS which itself is a very advanced OS till now.
It is always right to upgrade to newer Microsoft Windows version upgrades. Security patches will be added and any recorded bug fixes since the release of Windows8 will be available too.
I will upgrade my laptop soon when I got time to do it.
