Training can be described as “the acquisition of skills, concepts or attitudes that result in improved performance within the job environment”.Training analysis looks at each aspect of an operational domain so that the initial skills, concepts and attitudes of the human elements of a system can be effectively identified and appropriate training can be specified.
Trainings are done to impart the skills and knowledge required to ccarry out the operations to meet the company SLAs and other targets. The training arre again conducted from the very basic individual-associate level, Teams - production floor needs, Managerial levels etc.
The need analysis is done to understand the requirements or fill in the gaps - assessment in normal terms.
