Did we successfully integrate women into STEM in the Middle East?

Yes, Itruly beleive that a man and a women should be given equal opportunity in any sector. There should not be any discrimination between genders. Its the knowledge and skills that make difference between individuals not the gender.

Yes its my opinion we have to give equal opportunity a women,evaluation must be with knowledge,skill and ability ,not in gender.

I have excellent experiance dealing with women , support and motivate . I do belive that they have a very strong capabilities , skills where you don't find in men. having  women in the team is great diversification , complementry thing. 

I believe it is talent, hard work, sincerity ,etc; should be the criteria for judgement in a workplace.  

Of course, I would encourage not only Middle East countries but all countries of the world to take women on board in the fields of science, technology mathematics, humanities and so on. 

OF course she has ability to effect  the job perfectly also she has Features of concentration and work perfiction. I am fully agree that women can  contribute in success of our economics

yes, it is right for women to be given equal oppurtunities as half of the worlds population is female. no country will develop with only half of its brain working behind the desk. everyones thoughts will play a important role in nation building. according to me assesment must be made based the policy making wheather a man or woman.

Yes, I think the Middle East countries should intensify their efforts to encourage girls to pursue these areas.

of course, the middle east countries must do more improvement to make equal chances between women and men in the working fields, the talented and the high skill person must take her or his chance
