The key question before undertaking any HR transformation initiative is: why are we doing it? Any HR transformation initiative requires a business case. The initiative must be measured against defined milestones and outcomes.

Any HR transformation initiative must have full senior management and emplyee support with all parties working with a clear statement and vision of the HR transformation. Other key stakeholders involved can include customers, shareholders, supply partners.
