A labour mind Manager cannot be a successful Leader or Manager. He/She will always try to fix them under their feet. If an employee works deligently 360 days out of 365 days, Manager will focus on remaining 05 days performance. But one should not be disappointed and face the challenges.
Approach my manager in a proffessional way so that i have the knowhow of the perfomance review and justify myself where im supposed to.
As I am working in senior management level, my appraisal should be very professional and my achievements is a major factor nobody can ignore it especially when I achieve the company goals.
So in professional case no way to disagree with my manger about my achievements and appraisal, but in some cases could be a personal issue between me and my manager lead him to miss evaluate me then I have to fix this issue using my communication skills and found away to make a good relationship between each other’s.
I will discuss this matter with him in one to one meeting sort out this issue.
It's system or sub-system of HR Mechanism of the particular set up, its efficacy matters wherein the KRA's - its evaluation throuh 360 degree evaluation matters.
It's hardly matters who the fellow s are ? including me or X or Y. System shall get valued.
I will set, re-set, reboot my areas of deliverables - for a stipulated period will not wait for the last moment to measure out my own performance. Better will put my contribution in the set parameters of the procedural guidelines of Appraisal.
As a Normal human being we all disagree if we have negative comment for our performance.No matter how successfully you complete your job. The stategy of perception differs from huumans to humans. Keeping this in mind that I have to open the door for improving my performance in better way that my manager accepts it rather than getting annoyed or upset which might be a fall for my whole career.
Accepting things in a positive way makes you feel energitic and healthy.
