Describe a time you had to solve a problem without managerial input. How did you do it and what was the result?

First of all i have to well aware about time frame to solve the then i am going to understand the problem on ground realities and discuss about it with my rest of the team members related to that problem for better and alternative solutions because they know very well how to tackle that problem on ground reality so i will get some alternative solutions then i will work on all these alternative solutions with keeping specific goals and time frame in my mind after finalizes the solution i will execute it for desire outcome.
