Name one useful thing you learned from your boss or colleges ?

I've learned patience to listen everybody's opnion and give attention to minor details. Thanks to Sara Haver..:)

From Ex-boss is learn to never degrade or dis-repsect employee otherwise they will kick you and organzition as soon as possible.

From ex-colleage, patience and ability to listen the issue with full attention.

There is a lot that we can learn from our managers. They influence a lot and act as a role model. My manager is very good in interacting with team, very patience and always share the best practices. A lot of skills to talk about but the above mentioned skills were what i learned from my manager.
