Many rely entirely on Bayt.com and other recuitment websites to find a job. They spend over80% of their time online, competing with thousands of other applicants. To my experience, that is wrong. I am not neglecting the fact that Bayt.com and similar websites are usefull, on the contraty, however instead of spending80% of your time online, instead, go out to casual meetings and try to network new connections while spending on20% of your time online. Nothing beats the old fashioned face-to-face contact.

Well, getting a job offer through bayt.com is a fact but, we all must know that bayt.com is only a connection between us and the properties like an ads. I do received2 job offers through bayt.com but from the virtual job fair which is from my opinion more effective than searching through the site.

I receive a lot of message come from Bayt especially to those I applied and sent my resume. I just tried, But I didn't receive any offer or contract of agreement. The only thing I dont want is you have to provide credits to prioritize your application. I hope they will help us and coordinate to their clients well.
