I think evry leader is A BOSS , But evry boss is not a leader
the leader is a boss who can be a very useful for his team and all the team can do thier work easier with love
Boss Can not do that
A boss is a person who manage employees, he always tend to puss them to do work, but Leader is aperson who uses managerial skills to manage his employee, leader is creative and innovative.Sometimes boss tend to become a leader when he introduce analytic and creative phenomenum to manage an organisation
Boss - He manages the team, ensures all team members stick to timelines & that all the members, by hook or crook, achieve the targetted business & moves on.
Leader - He works as a guiding light for his team members. Ready to do hand holding till the time the member is not thorough with his profile work. He ensures that his team works in such a manner that his abrupt absence may not hamper work & that his team members work with complete dedication & committment. He is always ready for on job trainings & contributes to his teams all round development.
.I thank you, Sister Siham for the kind invitation
Leadership is the ability to influence others' behavior and guide them toward a specific goal
The presidency expresses the official relationship between the president and the subordinates where the president issues orders and instructions to the subordinates and subordinates to abide by the orders and instructions issued by the president and if they did not implement them were held accountable.
The leader derives his actual authority from his ability to influence the behavior of others so that he gets obedient and responds to his orders and instructions with full conviction and trust between the leader and followers.
The source of the authority of the President is the official authority granted to the President through his position in the organizational structure of the facility and its ability to issue orders to the other two and follow up their implementation.
Presidents can use their powers in a leadership style based on the participation of subordinates in making decisions, knowing their views, their views, taking them into consideration, persuading them and gaining their trust. Thus, the president can enjoy leadership qualities.
If presidents do not care about the needs of the group and do not interact with them and distinguish themselves from the subordinates using official power, in this case the leaders do not have the characteristics of the leaders.
The leader combines the official authority derived from the regulations and laws and the personal authority stemming from the love of his followers and their conviction of his policies and decisions.
.Therefore, any leader can be president and not necessarily be each president
This became an old question and everybody know the difference, but the good question will be how you can be a good combination of both?
