What are the best methods to effectively measure the productivity of a computer programmer?

The problem we face is one of making the best out of what we have; being as productive as possible within the constraints imposed. Furthermore, these constraints are not stable across development efforts and environments.

There is no clear cut way to measure which programmers are doing a better or faster job, or to compare productivity across teams.Best methods to measure the productivity of a computer programmer is

There are several important factors that need to be considered while evaluating the effectivity of a programmer, however, in my point of view, it the logic and time that the programmer is taking to solve a problem or an algorithm.

Note and study new sites work normally- - Studying some of the unsuccessful sites in order to try and study the reasons for their failure and avoidance - Create new designs so that the user is not bored of the repetition of the form of the site and that does not mean that each page with a different design is better to have all the pages have a design Fixed

There are a lot of features in the programmer to measure its productivity through it, But the most important thing in my opinion is how to properly exploit his skills and his experience , the ability to solve problems no matter how difficult. and of course the efficiency of running the program or the site or database or whatever he was programmed.
