Ensure that employees have absolute company knowledege, Client or customer knowledge, product knowledge, mission, vision and values. These should be enhanced through:
i. Training
ii. Participatory management
iii. Motivation
Ensure employees undestand their roles, responsilities and financial literacy in dealing with activities at work.
Management should also ensure to put in place communication facilities which may facilitate information and data sharing.
The ways to empower employees to be able to resolve issues themself and not escalate includes the following:
· The employers should train their employees
· Allow them take the decision and guide in execution.
· Give them a sense of ownersip by allowing them to participate on important projects.
· Encourage team spirit, assign duties and encourage team work.
