How we use vlook up statement?

=vlookup(select the unique value from your datasheet(,) the go the sheet where the same valude needs to be found(,) then1(,)true or false)

Sort your reference list on the Unique index key which you want to lookup in the other list, ensure that unique values remain.

In you data list, enter Vlookup(cell reference of unique key which you are referring,range of your reference list, column no in reference list whose data you want to recall, False for exact match)
