IF YOU NEED TO DIGITIZING MAP YOU HAVE FIRST DO SURVEY WORK BY USING GPS STATION AND PICK ( XYZ) FOR MINIMUM THREE POINTS AND THEN TAKE THE THREE POINTS COORDINATES AND FIRST YOU MUST HAVE THE GOOGLE EARTH MAP FOR THE SITE AND BEGIN EXACTLY TO LOCATE THE THREE POINTS WHICH WE MAKE SURVEY BY GPS STATION IN GOOGLE MAP THE ENTER TO THE MAP LIST IN AUTOCAD LAND AND BEGIN TO DIGITIZE MAPS BY PUTTING (XYZ ) FOR THE THREE POINTS SO YOU WILL GET A MAP DEGITIZE WITH REAL DIMENSIONS

If you use google earth it has wrong +-5m but if you want best accuracy you must use UTM systems and make autodesk map in correct slice like38P.
