Where can I find accounting jobs in Dubai? And what is the average salary for such positions?

Based on my experience in UAE about 12 yrs , the salary structure is vary depend on company size and sectors for expamle governmental companies give the fresh graduate accountant 12 K AED + Medical and other benefits where as the private sector will give 3000 - 5000 AED .... so big difference 

You will find a lot of Jobs here in bayt .... i personally got a job in UAE through bayt and you can also try a lot of other sites but make sure to make a presentable CV and good luck

I'm sorry . Ididn't have any oppourtunity out of Egypt but my friends told me the average of salary is 6000AED
