As grey areas are there, there is also room for an improvement. A man is not always perfect. Try to identify the point with reference to the technology in which you lack. In this way where you would be able to improve in your lack areas you also would be able to get somthing new on your CV by going through a training of your interest or lacking area.(Threat is always an opportunity for other party).
Each of us have a weak point and we shoud'nt deny our weakness .We must work in this point or caracter for amelioration because development of weakness become strength point for you.So we should look for it such a positively and not negatively to survive.

Firstly, I need to identify my weak / grey areas where the scope exist to improve further. To do so, one should have the courage to accept the criticisms and attitude to improve from the positive viewpoint to look at. Any one may take the support of his/her immediate supervisor/ close a friend who monitors all the activities of that individual. Besides, every one knows his/her own strong / weak areas and one has to be serious to improve his/her weak points. Remember that improvement/ development is a continuous process and there is no end to it. Only the individual’s attitude is the most wanted in this case.

I define it in a simple statement" i have no vacancies at all".Also i have a short workexperience, i have no chance to develop and fortify my experiencein one specific work i had differents trials as u see in my CV but i spent a short time in each.So my weakness is coming from the lank of experience in each of the jobs i worked in.
It requires courage to recognise and admit our weaknesses in any area, but it a very important first step to its remedy. If handled wisely without any ego issues, just as a simple approach requesting help, it is a very powerful key to open the doors to assit you in overcoming the weakness.
Surprisingly, the next steps would be easy, you yourself would be able to see the solutions and sometimes the peers are very helpful in sorting out the problems bugging you and very supportive in helping you.

During interview I must asked from candidates that what are your improvement areas rather than asking for weakness and believe me around75% they replied me, “how could we know that?” and my answer is simple, “who could know us better than our self?”. The main thing is that, we must work on our personality and do review or strength and improvement areas so that we will overcome the deficiency. To get the detail(s) of improvement areas we should consult;
1: Parents / siblings.
2: Friends.
3: Teachers.
4: Immediate boss / mentor.
Do ask from the person whom you think, you’ll received good advice, never hesitate to ask questions as it kills improvement and creativity.
