My recommendation is Selling Costa for Coca Cola is a “Win-Win” deal, especially of the increasing acquisition rates in the coffee sector. As James Quincey Coca-Cola CEO told investors on a conference call that Costa was "a winning company that can go global". These findings suggest several strategies of action for Costa, Product Development and Product-Market Diversification, and should be focused on efficiency with taken into account the culture of the market and be more flexible with the customer, staff, food/beverage menu, and positioning. Improve the overall customer proposition, including new hot/Ice product development, enhancements to the food offering and improvements in digital capabilities.
