you should use all ways avilable to choose the right candidates , but every way depend on the vacancy it self for example if you need entry level structured written interview mabye be enough , but if you need excutives ...etc you should use many like case based qustions or streesed interview or panel ...etc
I think it is better to use a conceptual case based questions and more of office reality and life practicality in interview.. I believe that everyone is a manager but when neede to be given a role in a company , the interviwer especially needs to understand sthat persons perception of reality .
