In my opinion when we own someone professionally he/she will definitely own our goals simultaneously. But when we do not, they behave in the same way as we do.
in my opnion when we own our employees professiionally he/she will definetly own our goals which would benefit both the company and the employees goals as well.
Of course yes, if we will own our employees they will definetly own our goals and work more harder.
