It is very important to love both to succeed, individual success is just part of the group success.
individuals who don't love their work even if they love their jobs cannot focus on the companies' strategic objectives and will definitely will not succeed.
Hi,
I do not fully agree with you.
If you love your job but your company is so political and corrupted, your job would be hard. It would be slow to achieve anything or get anything done in a timely manner. This would also lead to your slow progression.
If you love your company, that is the atmosphere, culture and colleagues, then your job would grow into you because you are comfortable and you are dealing with people who would like to produce work and move forward in their careers. When you are in such an environment, you would start liking your job because you will learn and improve and no body hates to be recognized and promoted.
In my opinion, company culture is the biggest motivator to move forward and like your job no matter what you do.
Thank you and regards,
Hiba
no, I must love my job and I love my company ...I love my work because it will be the reason for my success ..as well as I love my company and I'm working on because the success of my company success of my success ..employee does not succeed in a company does not like .. the two are complementary to each other

If you love your job then remember you are loving your company too. I agree with your opinion because if you have habit to love your job think that you r loving your company too.
I like my job. I am enthusiastic, inspired, motivated, ambitious etc at work. I practise social skills with colleagues, I'm tactful and reliable.
I love my children, husband, parents, siblings, friends; in other words I love what is worth loving! But loving my job or the company.....nope. ;-)

Not really…..both loving your job as well as your company is essential for productivity….because if you only love your job then do your part and will not bother about others’ job and you may consciously overlooked inappropriate thing happening in around…..but if you love your Company as well then you will become a employee every Company needs because you will care about overall business not just your part…..You may guide others on their mistakes, you take more responsibilities, you become entrepreneur, and more potential employee…..
So love your job as well as your Company…..
I think a professional accountant always,s hope for the best of their employer.........
and we ACCA have the integrity and objectivity...............
and accountancy profession is the one who only hope for the best of their client..............
that,s y i am proud of it
please read it full and then vote if u love accountancy profession
'bcoz of the uniqueness in our profession,
and here's the diff from other professions:-
- A doctor prays for more patients so dat
his business keeps on running.
- A civil engg. prays for more land (and
possibly destruction) so dat his business
keeps on running.
- A software engg prays for more viruses
so dat he keeps on working.
- A lawyer prays for fights, crime, tensions
around the world so everyone seeks his
service.
but but but...
Its only a ACCA who prays for the success of
his client so that he can succeed.
And moreover a ACCA takes tensions of the
client but a doctor never absorbs ur
sickness.
Proud to be a part of ACCA fraternity!

While no employee is indispensable to a company, it is essential to love your job and also your company to ensure that you contribute to your Company wholeheartedly.
In my previous experiences, I have witnessed others and also benefitted from loving both my job and my company.
I do agree u have to love what you are doing and not necessary who has given you what to do. Love your job your employer. I really like to be internal auditor.
