  1. I had taken over as bookkeeper for my current employer. Their previous bookkeeper was not unfortunately a modern-day bookkeeper. I needed to spend a whole lot of time upgrading the bookkeeping plan and enforce some new methods and technology to make the work automated, systematic, smoother. In the first two months, most of the tasks were automated and I was able to re-drafted all important policies, agreements, documents and business contracts to include important points and terms of conditions which where as per current best industry practices to avoid any future disputes with customers, vendors, employees. I successfully digitalized most of the things in the organisation, reduced manual works and paper wastages which in turn contributed to save the environment indirectly. By going digital and cloud working we now can work from anywhere in the world securely without opening our physical office. So just after two months after my joining I was able to Revolutionized the organisation which what I think is quite an achievement for me.

  1. Was voted ‘Employee of the year’ on multiple occasions and nominated for an ‘Employee Excellence Award’ at Best IT World India Private Limited, Guwahati, Assam, India and in all the profile were I have worked I was known for loyalty and dedication and passionate for my work.

  1. With my current employer I was able to find a loophole with a vendor which I informed my CEO and to have joint discussion with the concerned vendor to fix the same. Upon further discussions and verification we found out that vendor was willing doing so in order to gain a large amount of money with all it's clients in India and refused to fix the issue even after several requests to do so. However as we are having majority of transactions with the vendor and it plays an important role for our survival we did not wanted to break the relationship with the vendor taking into account long term perspective of our organisation. I have handled similar incidents with my past employers also and was able to resolve the same to our satisfaction apart from above mentioned unfortunate unresolved incidents which we failed to resolve to our satisfaction.
