I start my day with a walk around my beautiful garden, appreciating everything I have that is good & wonderful. Then I take breaths in silence (silent mind), and I tell (demand) myself what I want for the day for every area of my life. To gain even more power for my day, I stand strong like superman for2 mins in silence (this increases your testosterone as well as endorphins). I then continue my routine with minutes of Anthony Robbins and other motivational videos from Youtube. This is always followed by1 min of planks and push-ups, and I am mentally + physically ready to go!!

My perfect morning starts with me waking up in a clean bed in my room and on my ultra soft bed. I take a shower, cook my breakfast and always drink a cup of coffee, looking out my panoramic window. Then I get dressed and start working. But there are days, when I have extra free time in the morning, then I try to get out for a run or do exercises at home. In addition, sometimes, in the morning I allow myself cosmetic procedures and periodically pamper myself with skin tightening Sarasota Florida or replace them with yoga.
