Is accounting part of Finance or Finance part of accounting?

In fact its different from each other that's it's different subjects in the University accounting is subject and finance is different subject but in the practical in the companys they make the accounting is a part of finance department and most of the companys are calling this department finance Manager but he is doing accountig tasks in fact
