What are the major factors that must be considered for system improvement ?

- consistency that must be sustained all the time (so the input and output layout must stay the same).

- more processing speed (you may get more output and ultimately more efficient and effective)

- low error rates (Should an end-user encounter an error, they must be shown how to fix it.)

Well, a system is improved if the processing capability of it is changed in a way that makes it better.
