Which is better for work environment, construction company or consultant office? And what do you prefer to join?

In Construction Company I was Construction procurement Officer with FIDIC knowledge

In consultant I was recruited by the WB to hire consultant as QCBS   or CQS  which were the most important

On personal basis I prefer Construction Company  

depend on your personality , if you  are able to tack a design  on time and able to analyze the situation , you should be a consultant , if you have a strong personality and able to work with different mentality different level of people , able to work in hard environment . you can be a contractor
