when the loads are perfectly balanced , that means the three phase sysem is a delta connection, there is no neutral connection in the system, so the neutral current is zero..

Zero, because we we connect all the3 phases in star, to neutralise all the system unbalance to ground,when system is perfectly balanced,then it must be Zero
