Either my question is too hard to define or it too easy so no one to bother answer.... let me break the ice, i have been intrested to hear the views from technical managers whenever i went to them during orientation or just in metting and most of the time they asked for training support or filling the position in-time. I need to have their say more than than like evaluating their performance, KPIs, career path etc... most the time HR is being criticized for routing operational work but when we ask to offer some though process working then we have been told that soory, we are too busy in meeting the deadlines, please deffer it for th enext time..... isn't happend with you?? so share your opinoin, experience or expertise.
